If so, we encourage you to sign up for The Sanctuary Course for Catholics. This is an eight-part course for small groups designed to raise awareness and start conversations in local parishes and ours regarding mental health. It offers faith communities the opportunity to learn about mental health and grow in their ability to support members living with mental health challenges. Topics covered include: mental health and mental illness, stigma, recovery, companionship, self-care, and community. Meetings begin Feb 29 at 6:30 PM in Beaufort Hall, St. John Fisher Church.
