The Catechism of the Catholic Church explains that the Eucharist is “the source and summit of the Christian faith” (1324). To help the faithful better experience and understand what this means, the USCCB has called for a Eucharistic Revival. Parishes across the US will be looking for ways to help people to encounter Christ in the Eucharist. At St. Joseph the Worker Parish, we will be having Holy Half-Hours for Children, evenings of Praise and Adoration, extended times for Adoration, talks, and more! We hope that you will join us as we unite in our love of Christ and recognize how his presence in the Eucharist transforms us in a unique way.
All all encouraged to stop in the St. Maurice Chapel on Mondays to spend time with Jesus in Eucharistic adoration. We need help in cover hours so that we can offer adoration all day. Please see the chart below for times that need coverage. If you would like to sign up for an hour, please email [email protected]. Otherwise, you can stop in any time, for however long you like, between 8:30AM - 6:30PM.
