What Does the Arts and Environment Subcommittee Do?

• Decorates the church in accordance with the liturgical calendar
• Plans and arranges seasonal displays, including Advent wreaths, Christmas Nativity scenes, Lenten drapery, Easter flowers, and more
• Maintains the cleanliness and reverence of the worship space
• Collaborates with the Liturgy Committee to ensure that decorations enhance, rather than distract from, the sacred liturgy
• Uses flowers, fabric, candles, and other elements to create a space that fosters worship and devotion

Who Can Join?

Those with a love for beauty, liturgy, and creativity is encouraged to join! No formal artistic experience is required—just a willingness to serve, an eye for detail, and an appreciation for the sacredness of the Mass.
